Spring Fling - Thank You

THANK YOU!!

A big thank you to everyone who joined us at the Bonfire Grill this past Saturday. Over 70 tickets were sold! Your attendance at the Spring Fling, and participation in the Silent Auction, helped the Houghton County Dems raise necessary funding to recruit and support Democratic candidates locally.

WE ARE GRATEFUL FOR ALL OF YOU, AND GRATEFUL FOR YOUR SUPPORT.

We greatly appreciate local musician Mr. Bob Hiltunen who donated his time and talents by providing 2 hours of live music. Also, a huge thanks to Heather Mroz who secured many of the auction donations, as well as helping with event set up and tear down.

The Spring Fling is our largest fundraising event each year. For those who couldn't join us, or even for those who did, it's not too late to show your support in these two ways:

  1. BECOME AN HCDP MEMBER: Show your support for your local Democratic party by becoming a member. Find all the details about membership here: https://www.houghtoncountydems.org/join.html

  2. PROVIDE A DONATION: Just use the Spring Fling ticket form (available here: https://secure.actblue.com/donate/hcdp-sf25) and you can support us with an “Additional Donation”. Or, use the button at the bottom of this email to donate.

SPECIAL THANKS, AND RECOGNITION, TO ALL OF YOU WHO DONATED GOODS AND SERVICES FOR THE SPRING FLING’S SILENT AUCTION!

Additional copies of the printed Spring Fling program / keepsake will be available at the next couple of monthly HCDP meetings.

Below are a few pictures from the Awards presentations on Saturday.
